This report is for anyone tracking Databases: buyers, analysts and journalists. It counts what companies published on Techarda and what technologists read and did with it. Every figure is a plain count for one calendar month; the method is at the end.
Reading figures for Databases this month rest on fewer than 5 people, so they are withheld and this issue is below our bar for a full report. The publication figures below still stand.

Build a shortlist
If these figures are part of a buying decision, the Databases evaluation guide sets out the criteria, the questions to ask vendors and the red flags.
Methodology
- Stories published counts stories a Techarda editor approved, in Databases as their main category or as a tagged one, dated by when the source published them. A story tagged to two categories counts in both.
- Reads and actions counts page views, follows, saves and click-throughs to the source by people on techarda.com. Signed-in Techarda staff are left out, and AI crawler traffic is counted separately.
- AI engine reads counts requests from identified AI crawlers, assistants acting for a person and the Techarda agent API.
- Themes come from automatic topic tags on published stories. Launches, deals and partnerships are stories tagged that way.
- Any figure that describes people is published only when at least 5 people are behind it. A full report also needs 20 or more published stories in the month.
- The figures are fixed when the month is issued, early in the following month, so they don't drift as late stories arrive.
