For companies

Your company on Techarda

This page is for people who work at technology companies listed on Techarda. It explains what your listing is, what you can change, and the things no company can do here, however much it spends elsewhere.

In short

Techarda lists technology companies whether or not they take part, using public sources. If you work at one, you can claim your profile, correct it, respond to reviews and questions, list solutions and webinars, and submit news for editorial review. You cannot pay for ranking, see who individual readers are, or edit or hide reviews. Access is free.

What your listing is

We list companies that technologists and enterprise buyers are researching, whether or not the company takes part. Each profile starts from public sources, such as your official website, newsroom and product pages, and we keep it current. It carries your answer summary, FAQ, solutions, reviews, questions and recent news, and the same facts are published as structured data for search and AI engines.

If something on your profile is wrong, you don't need an account to tell us: email engage@techarda.com. Claiming the profile lets you keep it right yourself.

What you can do

Once you've claimed your profile, the vendor portal lets you do six things. All of them are free.

  • Claim or correct your profile

Fix facts, write your answer summary and FAQ, and add your logo and official links. Saving the profile marks it as checked.

  • Respond to reviews

Reply publicly to published reviews, including critical ones. A short, specific reply is the best answer to a fair criticism.

  • Answer questions

Answer questions members ask about your company and products. Your staff are labelled on every answer, so readers know who is speaking.

  • List your solutions

Add each product with its deployment options, hosting regions and pricing model, so buyers can shortlist on facts.

  • List webinars

Publish upcoming webinars so they appear on your profile and in the webinar listings.

  • Submit news

Send announcements and technical stories. An editor reviews every submission, and nothing is published automatically.

What you can never do

These rules are the reason buyers trust what they read here, and that trust is what makes a listing worth having. They apply to every company equally, including any we work with commercially (see commercial relationships).

  • Pay for ranking. There is no paid placement, sponsored position or featured slot. Rankings come from what technologists do here.
  • See who individual readers are. You see aggregated activity for your company and category. Anything about people is only shown in groups of five or more, and a member’s details reach you only when they ask you to contact them.
  • Edit or hide reviews. You can reply to a review or report one that breaks the guidelines. A moderator decides, and critical reviews stay up if they’re fair.
  • Post without a label. Everyone who works for a company is labelled on every post and answer, and can’t review their own company.

How to get access

It takes one email. There's no form to fill in and nothing to pay.

  1. Find your company. Search the company directory to see whether you're already listed.
  2. Email us from your work address. Write to engage@techarda.com from an address on your company's domain, with your name, role and company website.
  3. We confirm you work there. We check the domain against your official website and may ask a follow-up question. Then we set up your portal access.
  4. Sign in and check your facts. Start with the answer summary and FAQ. The portal's help page walks you through the rest.

The vendor portal in brief

The portal is where you edit your profile and solutions, list webinars, submit news, and reply to reviews and questions. It also shows aggregated activity for your company: page views, follows, webinar registrations, contact requests, which categories are drawing interest, and how AI crawlers and agents are reading your profile. It never shows who an individual reader is.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

How does my company get on Techarda?

Techarda builds company profiles from public sources, such as official websites and newsrooms, and keeps them current. If your company isn't listed yet, email engage@techarda.com from your work address with your company name and website.

Does it cost anything to claim a Techarda profile?

No. Claiming, correcting and maintaining your profile is free, and so is the vendor portal.

Can we pay Techarda to rank higher?

No. Companies can't buy placement, edit rankings or remove critical reviews. Rankings come from what technologists read, save, follow and discuss, and the method is published on the methodology page.

Can we see who read our profile?

No. The vendor portal shows aggregated activity, such as page views, follows and category interest. Anything about people is shown only in groups of five or more. A member's details are shared with you only when they explicitly ask, for example by requesting contact.

How do you confirm I work at the company?

Email engage@techarda.com from an address on your company's domain. We check it against the company's official website before giving you access, and may ask a follow-up question if the domain is shared or unusual.

Does Techarda have commercial relationships?

Yes, and they're disclosed on the About page. They never affect ranking, and no commercial partner sees who individual members are.
