Acceptable Use Policy

This policy is part of the Terms of Use. You must not use Techarda to:

• Break the law, infringe others’ rights, or post content banned by the Community Guidelines.
• Access accounts, data or systems you are not authorised to access; probe, scan or test vulnerabilities without our written permission; bypass rate limits, row-level security or other controls.
• Scrape, crawl or bulk-download the site other than through our Agent API, feeds and llms.txt, or in ways that degrade performance; ignore robots.txt.
• Harvest members’ personal information, attempt to re-identify people from aggregated statistics, or build profiles of individuals.
• Send spam, run bots that post or vote, create fake accounts, or manipulate rankings, votes, reviews or reputation.
• Upload or link to malware, phishing, or content designed to deceive.
• Resell or commercially redistribute the Service or its data without a licence, or use it to build a competing database.
• Use the Service to train or fine-tune AI models on members’ personal information. Public, attributed excerpts via our API may be used by AI assistants to answer questions with a citation link.

Security research

If you find a vulnerability, email engage@techarda.com with details and give us reasonable time to fix it before disclosure. Don’t access other people’s data, degrade service or use social engineering. We won’t pursue good-faith research that follows these rules.

Enforcement

We may remove content, block access, suspend accounts and report illegal activity to authorities.
